For Avenue One, I was initially brought in to design an invitation for a real estate event. The concept evolved into a playful, Monopoly-inspired visual direction that tied directly into the industry and the event’s “Changing the Game” theme.

From there, I expanded the concept into a complete event identity across digital and environmental touchpoints, including registration graphics, table numbers, site visit signage, group signs, session signage, and wayfinding.
